Blair and Jen’s love story began on July 11, 2020, when fate brought them together through the dating app Bumble. Their first date, a brunch at The Smith in New York City, turned memorable when Jen’s car was towed. Instead of frustration, they laughed it off and took a romantic walk in the rain through Central Park. It was in that moment that Blair knew he had found something special in Jen.
After their third date, a weekend getaway to Tannersville, Pennsylvania, they became inseparable. Sharing a deep love for travel and exploration, they ventured to Europe, the Caribbean, and Hawaii once COVID restrictions allowed. Blair, retired, and Jen, an attorney at an insurance company in New York, split their time between New Jersey and New York while raising their two children, Rachel and Caleb. Blair has seamlessly stepped into the role of a great parent and buddy to the kids while supporting Jen’s career.
Blair introduced Jen to the world of cinema, including the Telluride Film Festival, and together they’ve built a life filled with laughter, adventure, and cherished moments. Their shared passions for travel, food, the ocean, and meeting new people have solidified their bond. They are happiest when together, and their love is built on trust, respect, and joy.
Blair and Jen chose to marry during a cruise, in a beautiful and unfamiliar place, to celebrate their love in an intimate and lively atmosphere. They are deeply in love and eager to spend the rest of their lives together. Rachel and Caleb feel fortunate to have Blair in their lives and love him dearly.
